The following Terms and Conditions and any revisions or amendments thereafter imposed from time to time by City Gas Pte Ltd (as Trustee) (“City Gas”) shall apply.
- Eligibility
- Subject to Clauses 1a, 1b and 1c. the Contest is open to all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents, regardless of age.
- Partner organisations, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, who have been directly involved in the conceptualisation, development and execution of the Contest, and their immediate family members, are also not eligible to participate in the Contest.
- A participant’s failure to provide true and accurate information when participating in the Contest will automatically disqualify him/her.
- Nomination Contest
- All participants need to be registered with valid particulars in their registration forms in order to be eligible for prizes. Only 3 lucky members of the public will be selected per category.
- The cash prize of $1,000 will only be given to award winning hawker stalls that enter the hall of fame.
- In the event of any dispute, the Organisers reserve the rights to award prizes at their sole discretion. Further correspondence will not be entertained.
- There is strictly no extension will be granted after the expiry date and any lost redemption voucher will not be replaced.
- Prizes and terms & conditions are subject to change and such changes shall take immediate effect without prior notice.
- For Park Regis Singapore 2D1N redemption:
- The voucher is applicable for stays on weekends only (i.e Friday, Saturday or Sunday) and is only valid for 2 pax.
- The voucher cannot be used on stipulated blackout dates and New Year’s Eve.
- The gift voucher is valid for stays 6 months from the date of issue.
- The voucher does not guarantee room availability and booking must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- The original voucher must be presented together with hotel’s confirmation letter at time of use.
- The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and promotions.
- All terms & conditions apply.
- Notification of Winners
- Winners will also be notified by email, and will be given further details on their collection of prizes.
- Winners are to bring along identification documents such as the Identification Card, for verification purposes upon collection of the prizes.
- In all circumstance, City Gas’ decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
- Official Rules & Governing Law
- By participation in the Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the official rules, terms and conditions or such other rules and regulations as imposed by City Gas. Each participant shall also be deemed to submit to all decisions of City Gas, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest.
- These Website Conditions and all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site and the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore including without limitation the provisions of the Singapore Evidence Act (Chapter 97) and the Electronic Transactions Act (Cap. 88), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
- By participation in the Contest, each participant hereby agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
